Neighbour's Flavours began as a lockdown side quest, an Instagram page, some recipes, and a lot of time to experiment.
Backed by 20 years in restaurants, it didn’t stay small for long and quickly turned into a food truck serving proper sushi to our community.

But we didn’t stop there.
Meet Katsu Later, the newest (and most overdue) addition to the family. It’s been in the works for longer than we’d like to admit, built through a year of highs, lows, and a serious love for comfort food done right. There just isn’t enough katsu out there… so we fixed that.
Crispy, comforting, and full of twists, why stick to basics when you can build a katsu micro empire on wheels?
